CANCELLATIONS Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations are 50%. No-call/no-shows are 100% and won’t be rebooked. FILLS At least 40% of lashes must remain for a fill. Less than 20% requires a full set. APPOINTMENT DAY Please come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Text when you arrive.
